Job Description 

1. Social Media Strategist

Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. 2. Create engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). 3. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. 4. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. 5. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging. 6. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in social media marketing. 7. Conduct audience research to tailor content strategies effectively. 8. Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends for insights. 9. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities. 10. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Post-Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. 5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. 6. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.

2. Ads Manager

Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 2. Ad Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring maximum ROI through A/B testing, keyword research, and bid management. 3. Budget Management: Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing reach and engagement. 4. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, providing actionable insights for future campaigns. 5. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with the overall campaign goals. 6. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates, and suggest strategies to enhance their ad campaigns. 7. Audience Targeting: Identify and segment target audiences for precise ad targeting, ensuring relevance and higher conversion rates. 8. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and updates in digital advertising to apply best practices. 9. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and improvement areas for clients and internal stakeholders. 10. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues promptly, making real-time adjustments to improve results. Qualifications: 1. Post-Graduation in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics platforms. 5. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale ad budgets effectively. 6. Excellent organizational and project management skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

3. Client Relationship Manager

Location: Dalanwala, Dehradun Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 2. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic digital marketing solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achieving client objectives. 4. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and reports to improve marketing strategies. 5. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with clients' needs. 7. Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss progress, strategies, and upcoming campaigns. 8. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of campaigns. 9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and present innovative ideas to clients for improving their campaigns. 10. Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise, ensuring long-term client retention. Quaification: 1. Post-graduation in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising. 3. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
